We are pleased to announce that Peter (Pete) Derochie has been selected by CAEAS-ECAB as one of our two appointed Trustees on the ONE-T Board for his first three-year term.
Formerly the Associate Director of Education (Business and Finance) at the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board, Pete brings 32 years of experience and knowledge in public education to the position. Pete was president of CAEAS-ECAB from 2016 through 2019 and was the catalyst in setting up the CAEAS-ECAB ONE-T benefits plan at a time when all board benefits were being transitioned to the ELHT format. Pete has taken on numerous leadership roles in his career and has experience on multiple boards as a director.
We are excited to welcome Pete to the role of Trustee to ONE-T.
